Name	Value	Description
`Any`	0	Any value: the rule only shows its input message.
`WholeNumber`	1	A whole number compared with the formulas.
`Decimal`	2	A number compared with the formulas.
`List`	3	One of the items of a list, given as a quoted literal or a range; Excel shows them in a drop-down.
`Date`	4	A date compared with the formulas.
`Time`	5	A time compared with the formulas.
`TextLength`	6	Text whose length is compared with the formulas.
`Custom`	7	Any value for which the formula is true.
